Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the gelatin into the hot water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar, if using.
  4. Whisk until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a small baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Remove from the molds or cut into squares if using a baking dish.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Do not use boiling water, as it can affect the gelatin’s ability to set properly. Apple cider vinegar is optional and may be omitted without changing the texture.
