- Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Add the chia seeds to an empty jar or tall glass.
- Slowly pour in the water in a steady stream.
- Stir vigorously for 20–30 seconds using a fork or whisk.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir again for 15 seconds to break up any clumps.
- Let it sit another 10–15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, honey, or sea salt if desired.
- Stir before drinking and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
