Description
A warm, soothing gelatin wellness drink made with unflavored gelatin, lemon, honey, and cinnamon. Quick to prepare, naturally high in protein, and perfect as a morning or pre-meal ritual.

- 1 packet (7g) unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup (240ml) hot water (~180°F / 82°C)
- 1 tsp raw honey (or sugar-free sweetener)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp cold water to a mug.
- Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the cold water.
- Let sit for 60 seconds to bloom.
- Heat water to approximately 180°F (82°C).
- Pour hot water over the bloomed gelatin.
- Stir for 60–90 seconds until fully dissolved.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon if desired.
- Drink immediately while warm.
Notes
For a low-carb version, replace honey with monk fruit sweetener or liquid stevia. Collagen peptides dissolve more easily and do not require blooming. Best enjoyed in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal.
