About Hannah Bell
Hi, I’m Hannah — the home cook behind Jello And Wellness.
For years, I lived in the exhausting cycle of “starting over on Monday.” I tried restrictive diets, skipped meals, counted calories obsessively, and constantly bounced between being “on track” and completely burned out. Like a lot of women, I spent nearly a decade stuck in the world of yo-yo dieting, searching for something that actually felt sustainable.

What finally changed for me was not another extreme diet.
It was learning how to build simple meals that kept me full, satisfied, and consistent.
In 2024, I started experimenting with gelatin recipes after reading more about protein, satiety, and gut-friendly foods. At first, it was just curiosity — homemade gelatin cups, simple wellness drinks, chia puddings, and high-protein snacks. But over time, those recipes became part of a routine that felt realistic instead of restrictive.
That experience eventually became Jello And Wellness.
This site is not about perfection. It is not about “miracle” ingredients or unrealistic body standards. It is about simple recipes that help real people feel more balanced, more satisfied, and less overwhelmed around food.
Here, you’ll find gelatin recipes, wellness drinks, gut-friendly ideas, chia recipes, and practical high-protein meals designed for everyday life. Some recipes are inspired by wellness trends, others come from old-school kitchen techniques, and many are simply recipes I personally make at home on repeat.
I’m not a doctor, registered dietitian, or medical professional. I’m a home cook and wellness enthusiast who believes healthy eating should feel approachable, comforting, and realistic. Whenever possible, I research ingredients and wellness topics using peer-reviewed studies, established nutrition sources, and traditional culinary practices — but I always encourage readers to speak with a qualified healthcare provider for personal medical advice.
Every recipe on Jello And Wellness is written with simplicity in mind:
- easy-to-find ingredients
- approachable instructions
- realistic prep times
- balanced, satisfying meals
My goal is to create a space that feels calm, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful — especially for people who are tired of extreme wellness culture and just want food that makes them feel good.
Thank you for being here and cooking along with me.
